This 12 - Coaching Class Pass can be used for 12 sessions (with at least one hour per session) and is perfect for job seekers and established professionals who are looking to shift their career and transform their lives within a short period of time (between 8-12 months). These 12 sessions will help you define your goals, recognize values that are important to you, evaluate your options, create an action plan and implement change in your career and life. You will be provided support on the following areas: 12 one-on-one career coaching sessions a week in person or through Zoom or over the phone Guidance on how to package your cover letter, resume and LinkedIn profile or create your academic plan Weekly check-in sessions through email Advice on how to better prepare yourself during your job search which includes job or school applications, interview preparations, self-reflection and confidence The client may also identify some growth areas that they would like to focus on such as health, fitness, relationships and wealth.
